How to make a request
Email support@lux.com with the subject “Privacy request”, or call +91 98765 43210. Tell us whether you are asking to access, correct or delete information, and how we can contact you about the request.
What to include
- Your name and the email address or phone number used to contact Lux.
- A short description of the enquiry or information involved.
- The correction or deletion you are requesting.
Please do not send passwords, one-time codes or payment details.
How we handle requests
We may ask for limited information to verify that the request relates to you. We will review the information we hold, take action where appropriate and let you know if we need more details or cannot delete particular records. We handle requests within the time required by applicable law.
Information that may need to be retained
Some information may need to be kept where required by law or needed to resolve a dispute, protect the website or establish a legal claim. If this applies, we will limit its use to that purpose and retain it only as long as necessary.
